Kimberly Braun
Kimberly Braun, M.A. Minister, author, speaker, retreat facilitator and meditation coach lives to inspire others to remember, connect to, and live from, Divine Love at their center. She has discovered, like many mystics, that the soul’s center IS God, is Christ, is Consciousness and the principle awakening in this life is to remember who we are.
After spending more than ten years as a monastic nun, she added to her formation with a Masters in Theology with special concentration in the adult spiritual journey, and is ordained through the Washington Theological Union and a second time through Church of the Creator. She is a TEDx speaker and former meditation faculty at the renowned Omega Institute and has served tens of thousands of individuals of all backgrounds in their path of awakening.
Kimberly has seen in her own life that the more we open to the potential within ourselves the more we manifest beyond what we could imagine. She has built a 17,000 square foot monastery with no money or prior experience (see her TEDx talk,) started a 40-acre holistic festival that supported the local community, organized all parts of a 80 stop national book tour upon publishing her first book, and knows there is much more magic in store for the next half of her life since she is only fifty-six.
Her communication style is playful, deeply inquiring, and at times provocative and penetrating. She opens doors reconciling paradox and igniting those around her to greater freedom and joy.
In addition to her books, Love Calls, Insights of a former Carmelite nun, Beloved Found, Poems from the Source and, Miracles in the Naked Light she has three online courses, an online community, videos, articles, and a meditation library.
Kimberly is always up for a long hike, loves to cook for all her friends, is an avid learner from those around her, aspires to play in new ways in this creation, and equally loves every moment with her family and friends and every moment of silence in nature. The Body as Cosmos: DNA Activation, Parallel Universes, and the Greek Art of Embodied Wisdom
This session approaches the theme of activation through the lens of ancient Greek wisdom, where knowledge was understood not as information to be acquired, but as anamnesis—a remembering of what the soul already knows.
In the Greek philosophical tradition, reality was not seen as a single, static world. Thinkers such as Heraclitus described existence as a dynamic interplay of becoming, while Plato spoke of multiple levels of reality, including intelligible forms that give rise to the visible world. From this perspective, human beings are participants in a layered cosmos, capable of attuning to deeper orders of truth through contemplation and inner alignment.
This workshop draws on these foundations to explore the idea that the human body—and what we now call DNA—functions as a bridge between visible and invisible orders of creation. In Pythagorean and Platonic thought, light symbolized intelligibility: that which allows reality to be known. Wisdom was not abstract reasoning alone, but the harmonization of mind, body, and soul with the greater logos, the rational principle permeating the cosmos.
Through guided contemplative practice, embodied reflection, and symbolic inquiry, participants are invited to experience how coherence, harmony, and attention open access to deeper insight. Parallel realities are explored not as speculative worlds elsewhere, but as simultaneous potentials within the soul—possibilities shaped by orientation, perception, and choice.
This workshop is offered as a modern expression of ancient philosophical practice: a space where reason and reverence meet, and where wisdom emerges not through force or belief, but through alignment with the deeper order of being. Participants are invited to step into the living tradition of Greek thought—where knowing is inseparable from becoming, and light is both the source and revelation of truth.

Mary: Embodied Wisdom, the Feminine Way of God, and the Archetypal Lineage of Light
This presentation explores the spiritual lineage of Virgin Mary as a bearer of embodied wisdom whose significance extends beyond any single tradition. Mary is approached not only as a historical woman, but as a threshold figure—one who stands at the convergence of sacred lineages, feminine wisdom, and the mystery of divine indwelling.
Embodied Wisdom
Mary’s “yes” is explored as an act of deep bodily intelligence. Rather than obedience alone, it reflects a form of knowing rooted in presence, receptivity, and coherence. Her body becomes a living meeting place between worlds, revealing a wisdom that arises through embodiment rather than abstraction.
The Feminine Wisdom of God
Across cultures and spiritual traditions, divine wisdom is often expressed through feminine imagery—Sophia, Shekinah, Holy Wisdom, the World Soul. Mary is explored as a human expression of this wisdom: relational, generative, and grounded in love rather than control. This dimension of the feminine reveals a way of knowing that heals division between spirit and matter.
Mary Magdalene and the Lineage of Witness
The lineage widens to include Mary Magdalene, whose role as witness and transmitter of transformation reflects another mode of feminine authority—one rooted in recognition, devotion, and direct experience rather than institutional power.
The Essenes and the Sacred Context
Mary’s world is also situated within the contemplative and communal spiritual environment of the Essenes, whose practices emphasized inner purification, alignment with divine order, and preparation of the body and soul as a dwelling place for sacred presence.
The Archetypal Dimension
Finally, Mary is approached archetypally—not as an abstraction, but as a living pattern within humanity itself. Her lineage speaks to an ongoing invitation: to become receptive vessels of light, wisdom, and compassionate action in the world.
The session will end with a powerful meditation with Mary, opening ourselves to be interpenetrated by the essence of her Being.
